service levels

Young Educators - Start Here

The first step in financial planning is to begin building a strong financial home.  This includes a budget, plan for debt repayment, saving for emergencies and protecting what you have with insurance coverage.

Start Here

Level 1 - Guaranteed Income

This is an entry level of planning.  We will do a simple analysis of your pension, Social Security and assets.  This will give you an idea if all of your basic expenses are covered with guaranteed income.

Level 2 - Fives Lives of Retirement

This is a comprehensive analysis of your total retirement picture.    We make sure that you are covered no matter what type of retirement you may have.

  1. LONG LIFE -  If you and your loved one live to 120.   Do you want guaranteed income or maybe income?
  2. SHORT LIFE -  if you or your loved one passes away earlier than expected.   Do you want your loved ones to maintain lifestyle?
  3.  Rough Life- If you have an immediate need for cash do you want to pay penalties or be forced to take out money when your account is down 10, 20 or 30%.  Or would you prefer to have liquid access without penalty that doesn't lose and typically returns between 6 and 8%?
  4.  Sick Life- If you have an illness or are in need of Long term care which might cost as much as $9,000 / month, do you want that to come out of your nest egg or would you rather have somebody else help pay for it?
  5.  INTO THE NEXT LIFE- When you do ultimately pass away, let's make sure your wishes are respected and carried out.

Level 3 - Tax-Free Retirement Planning

In this expert level of retirement planning, we combine the first two levels of service and mix in our unique expertise.  We positions assets in order for you to pay little to no income tax through out retirement.
